Production Openings
Producer (Québec)
The Producer will work collaboratively with the Director and others on the production team. The Québec Producer will be chiefly responsible for overseeing applications to Québec-based funding sources (Téléfilm, SODEC, etc.) as well as helping to manage the portions of production taking place within the province of Québec. Because the Director is based in Montréal, the Quebec Producer will be the most senior of producers.
Requirements:
- Strong bilingualism (French being the higher requisite)
- Previous experience as a Producer on at least one independent film or video work that has been presented in a professional context
- Previous experience with the processes of Telefilm and/or SODEC
- Previous experience with the writting grant or funding applications
- Previous experience at creating film budgets
- A willingness to work on a spec/deferred basis until funding is secured

Producer (Ontario)

The Ontario Producer will be chiefly responsible for overseeing applications to Ontario-based funding sources (TVO, etc.) as well as helping to manage the portions of production taking place within the province of Ontario.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Producer on at least one independent film or video work that has been presented in a professional context
- Previous experience with the writting grant or funding applications
- Previous experience at creating film budgets
- A willingness to work on a spec/deferred basis until funding is secured

Research Assistant (Québec and Ontario)
The Research Assistant(s) will work closely with the Director in searching for and going through archival material from various sources. Ideal position for journalism students.
